Well Aged: 50th anniversary Wine and Cheese (9/25)

All the ladies (and women) of Rollingwood are invited to the Rollingwood Women’s Club annual Wine & Cheese Party on Tuesday, September 25th from 5:30 to 7:30 PM. This event kicks off a the 50th year of community service, informative seminars, fantastic parties, and fun fund raisers.

This party is hosted in the home of Meredith Mason at 501 Vale Street.

Membership in the RWC is not required and everyone is encouraged to bring your checkbook to pay their dues!

City Council takes on heavy lifting for 9/13 Workout

The City Council is holding an administrative workshop at Noon on Thursday 9/13.

The agenda is online and covers topics including:

  1. Overview/cleanup of Zoning and Building ordinance
  2. Sewage rate analysis
  3. Forest Protection (aka Tree ordinance)
  4. 2008 Budget

This is an open administrative working session, not a public form (no citizen comments).

Pre-Sale for native trees

It’s time for TreeFolks, Inc.’s (Central Texas’ Non-Profit Urban Forestry Organization) Benefit Tree PRE-SALE!!! The sale is scheduled for October 20 at the Sunset Valley Farmers’ Market.
